Using the Enfold theme by Kriesi at a start, the Central PA Mushroom Club site was heavily customized using a child theme with custom CSS to exapnd layout modules to use the full width of the screen. The main use of the website was to keep current members informed on upcoming forays, and to allow new membership by contacting the current organization president.
The colors used convey the feeling of being close to nature, the woods, the ground. Mushroom hunting often involves getting down close to the ground, looking under leaves and grass.
